Living figures
These people´s staying-power is incredible. For hours they persist
in keeping any uncomfortable pose at the Rambles or in front of the cathedral,
not the tiniest bit of naked skin visible.
Surely each time it must be a relaxing moment they longed for desperately
when they awake back to life for an instant, because someone has thrown a
hundred pesetas-coin into the pot. Then according to your physique they
make a few movements or sometimes a couple of jokes in mime.
